Focus on my hand, familiar and bland. You won’t escape, unless you let it slip away. The walls between us, are
breaking down too fast. So we’ll sit at home, alone and lost. The sun is down and I can’t turn time around, so let your mouth run out and I won’t make a sound. I’ll remind you to align, the shivers down my spine, and we’ll learn to live with ourselves once again. You left me cold, now I’m familiar and old and now I’m on my own, Yet better off alone. Let me rest, I’m miserable at best. Bring me home, Because I won’t stand here alone.

The blackened themes, that I can’t seem to shake away, they run and chase me to the edge. The rocks are crumbling off and my feet struggle to hold on. One more push and I will jump. Everything’s about me. I felt myself slip away, I thought everything changed. Break me and I will find Pollyseeds and growing trees in my mind.

I found myself floating far enough to have escaped, the words you said made me awake. Find me, likely, I’ll be at 25a. Find me with apologies, wiping blood stains from my knees. I’ll make sure that what I say is everything you need to hear. And I heard you say you needed someone now I’m here. A memory, a daydream, a quick thought, an enemy. Affect me, accept me. And maybe I won’t leave, if I ignore the same things, that eat away at me.
